These Website and Purchase Terms govern use of mackmattress.com and online purchases from Mack Mattress, Inc. By placing an order, you agree to the verified order details and the Store Policies below. Your final receipt and any product-specific written terms are part of your purchase terms.
Website information
We work to keep website information useful and current, but product details, prices, availability, promotions, images, and service options may change or contain an error. Website content is general information, not professional medical, financial, or legal advice. Confirm the details that matter to you before agreeing to a purchase.
Saved products and orders
Saving or comparing a product on the website does not reserve inventory, place an order, or create a purchase agreement. Review the exact products, sizes, quantities, prices, taxes, fees, payment terms, and other order details before you approve a purchase.
Fulfillment and service
Delivery, setup, removal, shipping, and pickup options vary by product, location, timing, and order. The availability, service area, timing, and cost stated in the written order documents are the details to rely on for your purchase.
Returns, comfort options, and warranties
The Store Policies below are the policies maintained in CentriPOS and printed on Mack Mattress receipts. Product-specific written terms and manufacturer warranty documents also apply where stated.
Mack Mattress Store Policies
Delivery
The path to the room must be clear. Mack Mattress is not responsible for property damage. We only assemble Mack Mattress items and do not disassemble existing beds. We will remove sanitary, conventional beds only—no removal of unsanitary or infested items.
Lay-a-way
There is a 30-day lay-a-way on in-stock items only with 20% down. A $5-per-day storage fee applies after 30 days unless other arrangements are made in writing.
Vehicle tie-ons
Whether you or a Mack Mattress team member straps or ties a product to your vehicle, by leaving our premises you agree that your product is properly secured and you accept full responsibility for safe transport. Mack Mattress is not liable for damage to your vehicle, purchase, or other property. The driver is ultimately responsible.
Abandoned orders
Orders must be picked up or delivered within 30 business days of purchase unless other arrangements are made in writing. If not, the order will be considered abandoned, returned to stock, and store credit will be issued minus a 20% restocking fee.
No refunds
Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds for mattresses, foundations, frames, or adjustable bases.
Special orders
Special orders (non-stock items) may be canceled before delivery is accepted, but a 20% restocking fee applies based on the full retail price. Separate terms apply to rare or odd-size items.
Bedding accessories
Pillows, sheets, mattress protectors, and similar accessories may be returned unopened in original packaging with a receipt for a full refund within 30 days. Opened items in original packaging with a receipt are refundable within 30 days minus a 20% restocking fee based on full retail price. No returns after 30 days.
Warranties
Warranties are void on stained, soiled, or damaged mattresses. First-quality items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Factory seconds and special buys (including closeouts and overstocks) are sold as-is without warranty unless otherwise noted on the receipt.
Comfort exchange
One exchange is allowed between 14 and 90 days after purchase. A 20% restocking fee applies based on the mattress's full retail price before discounts. The mattress must be clean, undamaged, the same size, and the replacement must be of equal or greater value. Stained, soiled, or damaged mattresses are not eligible. Separate terms apply to rare or odd sizes.
Adjustable bases
All sales are final; adjustable bases cannot be returned or exchanged.
Rare or odd sizes
Mattresses outside Twin (38×74), Full (54×74), Queen (60×80), or Eastern King (76×80) are rare/odd sizes. California Kings (72×84) are eligible for a comfort change with a 40% restocking fee. All other rare/odd sizes are not eligible for comfort exchange. Canceling a rare/odd-size order, even before delivery, incurs a 50% restocking fee.
Financing services
A financing or lease application is handled by the provider identified in that application. Approval, rates, payment amounts, fees, term length, total cost, and ownership terms depend on the provider's disclosures and your agreement with that provider. Review those disclosures before accepting an offer.
Other websites and tools
Links, maps, embedded catalogs, applications, and other services operated by outside companies are governed by those companies' terms and privacy notices. A link does not change the terms that apply to that service.
Cookies and website measurement
We use essential browser storage to operate requested site features and optional measurement tools only when you allow them. Our Cookie Policy identifies the tools we use, explains their purposes, and lets you change your choice. Our Privacy Notice explains how related information is handled.
Acceptable use and site content
Do not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt its operation, gain unauthorized access, or copy or use site content in a way that violates applicable law or another party's rights. Mack Mattress names, logos, original copy, and original visual materials may be protected by intellectual-property laws.
