When you call, email, visit the showroom, or ask for help with a product or order, you may choose to share your name, contact details, sleep or product preferences, and information needed to answer your question or coordinate a purchase. Please do not send payment details, government identifiers, medical records, or other sensitive information by ordinary email.

Website and device information

Website hosting, security, analytics, and embedded-service providers may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser or device type, the pages you visit, referring pages, and approximate location. These providers may use cookies or similar technologies to operate and understand the site. Google Analytics is configured without advertising storage, ad personalization, or Google Signals. Lucky Orange may run on shopping and checkout pages with payment fields automatically excluded and additional sensitive checkout sections masked. Lucky Orange is not loaded on account pages. You can limit identifier-based analytics, and supported Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals are honored. Review or change your setting in our Cookie Policy.

Cart recovery and customer control

Cart and checkout details are kept in essential browser storage so you can continue shopping. If you affirmatively select the optional cart-reminder checkbox and save a reminder, Mack Mattress stores a limited cart snapshot, your contact details, consent time, and a secure resume link for up to 30 days. Cart-reminder emails are marketing messages and include an unsubscribe option. Selecting the reminder does not create a customer portal account, and declining it does not affect checkout. You can unsubscribe, ignore the message, complete the purchase, clear your cart, or contact us about information you provided.

How information may be used
