Mack began by helping Columbus shoppers find worthwhile mattress values without the usual pressure. Over five decades, the assortment grew to include Mack-designed mattresses, advanced cooling materials, adjustable bases, foundations, bedding, local service, and products available for nationwide shipping.
Dropping “Outlet” from the everyday name reflects that broader experience. It does not mean leaving value pricing behind. We still believe customers deserve clear comparisons, practical choices at different budgets, and straightforward explanations of what they are buying.
